If you’re from Canada or the US, you may not be familiar with the name Moulinex. After all, deep frying at home can be an extremely messy job, often with disappointing results. Branded as a “semi-professional” deep fryer, our expectations were quite high. A deep fryer is something we’ve wanted to splurge on for a while, so when the kind people at Moulinex Canada asked if we’d like to review their new Expert Fryer, we couldn’t say yes fast enough.
